Legal guarantee

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code") all the products for sale on this site are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months.

According to the legal guarantee of 24 months CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE is responsible towards the consumer (the rule applies in sales between CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE and private individuals) for conformity defects not found at the time of purchase.

The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use to which it must habitually serve, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller. at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (Article 129 of the Consumer Code).

The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within the expiry date of the same 24 months.

Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within 30 days of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (Article 130 of the Consumer Code), at no cost (excluding return shipping costs).

CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE, has the right to choose whether to repair the good or replace it, at no cost to the consumer (excluding return shipping) in both cases. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable time from the consumer's request; the average delivery time of the product to the Consumer is 30 days. If within the maximum period of 60 days CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE is unable to return the repaired product, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).

CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE will collect the product for any repairs (return shipping costs to be paid by the Customer) at its Service Center at CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE, Via U. Nobile 14 - 84025 Eboli ( SA) (Italy).


The Client must:

• send a written communication to CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE at or contact CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE by phone at CUSTOMER SERVICE number: +39 3331912150, indicating the defect of the product;
• wait for the Return Authorization (NAR) expressed in writing (email);
• prepare the product for shipment by carefully packing it and enclosing the purchased jewel and any packaging;
• pay the shipping costs on your own and send the product to: CREAZIONI ITALIANE - VIA U. NOBILE 14 - 84025 EBOLI (SA) - ITALY.

CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE will send the product for any repairs to its Service Center at CREAZIONI ITALIANE, Via U. Nobile 14 - 84025 Eboli (SA) (Italy).


Following some irregularities in the management of guarantees by customers and distributors, we report below the special guarantee conditions for GOCCE DI STELLE products

• The Legal Guarantee requested directly from CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE is applied only and exclusively to Customers who have purchased on the website . For all items purchased from other stores (points of sale or online of third-party retailers), contact the viewer from whom the item was purchased directly.

• The terms (duration) of the Warranty are 24 months from the date of purchase.

If the item has already arrived at the headquarters of CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE without documentation certifying the date of purchase, it will be our task to notify the Customer that the request has not been accepted and that the item will be returned to the Customer. with costs at your expense. If the Customer expressly refuses to be charged for the shipment, the item will be held at CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE for a maximum period of 60 days after which it will be filed or disposed of.

• For purchases made on the website, the purchase order will prevail.
• For purchases made on other channels (points of sale or online shops of third party sellers) the receipt / purchase order will be valid (contact the person who sold the item to request the guarantee).
GOCCE DI STELLE items are manufactured in their respective countries of production and therefore cannot be repaired within the legal deadline of 60 days. For this reason, GOCCE DI STELLE products can only and exclusively be replaced with similar items (same identification code / SKU) and not repaired.
Considering the natural origin of the materials and the craftsmanship, color and general characteristics of the replacement product may be different from the product previously purchased.
• Gioielli D'Oriente products are made exclusively with natural materials (stones, metals and fabrics) therefore CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE cannot predict their behavior over time. For this reason CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE recognizes the replacement of the product if there is a breakage of one or more stones within 15 days of purchase.
This term is presumed to be sufficient to highlight a manufacturing defect.

After 15 days from the date of purchase (in the case of purchases NOT on our site, the receipt will be valid) the item can be replaced with a similar one, with a participation in the costs that consider the state of wear and use by of the Customer with an amount ranging from 0 to 100% of the value. The photograph in advance via email in which the defect and the general conditions of the product (state and conditions of use) will be valid.
