But if something escapes us, we offer you 15 days to evaluate them, appreciate them and eventually return them. If you are not fully satisfied, simply contact customer support via email (info @ creazioniitaliane.it ) and we will send a courier who will collect the items (return shipping costs are charged to the customer).
When we have received and verified the integrity of the products purchased, we will assign you a voucher with a value equal to the entire amount paid (including shipping costs).
You can use the voucher to purchase any item available on the website www.goccedistelle.it . The validity period of the voucher is 1 (one) calendar year from the date of first purchase.

The return policy of CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE allows you to rethink your purchase and return the purchased item, without having to specify the reason, up to the end of 15 calendar days for the 1st absolute purchase on the website www.goccedistelle. it and 10 (ten) days for subsequent purchases, from the date of delivery of the products (the courier delivery receipt will be considered as proof).
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions herein, the Customer will be entitled to obtain a shopping voucher equal to the value paid for the purchase of the product, including shipping costs (from CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE to the Customer ). The return costs are charged to the customer. The Customer has the right to use the voucher within 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
Items must be returned in conditions of substantial integrity and complete with packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us via e-mail at info @ creazioniitaliane.it and, at the same time, return the product following the instructions that he will find on this page. Everything must take place within the terms indicated above.
It is not possible to use the channel of the website www.goccedistelle.it for returns of goods purchased from third parties, such as retail shops or other websites (the registration and the invoice will certify the actual purchase on www.geccedistelle.it and the related goods purchased).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS (RETURNS)
Carry out the following procedure to return the products in application of the Return Policies and in the Terms described above.

• Wait for confirmation of acceptance of the return (to check terms and conditions) by e-mail from CREAZIONI ITALIANE WORLDWIDE E.COMMERCE
• Follow the instructions indicated in the e-mail regarding:
• products to be returned (purchased item, packaging and any other items)
• package preparation for return
• information (filling in the form with shipping address and sender)
• payment of the collection rate (cash on delivery or with advance payment via PayPal email)
• date of collection by courier
