For this reason, all items, before being shipped, are carefully checked to verify their conformity and quality, especially in consideration of the principle that our items are handcrafted and that the stones used are always of natural origin.

But if something escapes us, we offer you 15 days (as required by law) to evaluate them, appreciate them and eventually return them.

If you are not fully satisfied, simply contact customer support via email ( i nfo@creazioniitaliane.it) and we will send the information for the return (return shipping costs are charged to the customer).

When we have received and verified the integrity of the products purchased, we will assign you a voucher with a value equal to the entire amount paid (including shipping costs).
